Moving on

🌳 Has your inner growth outpaced your current circumstances?

🤷‍♀️ It happens!

As a Latina executive, there may come a time when your inner growth outpaces your current circumstances.

Your subconscious might be ready for a transition long before you consciously recognize the need for a new way of life, that changing your environment can be essential for growth.

While part of you might be eager to explore a new job, a different career outside of corporate America, a lifestyle without financial compensation, or even a new city, the ties to your existing situation can make this transition more challenging than necessary.

Moving on doesn't always mean moving up; it can also mean moving inward and outward towards a community.

If you struggle with this transition, remember that just as people come and go in your life, your role in their lives may also be temporary. Many conditions that once seemed favorable may no longer serve your evolving needs.

When you are ready to align your external situation with your inner self, you will experience a new sense of harmony and feel more connected to the natural ebb and flow of life.

Moving on can take many forms.

Your forward momentum might lead you from your current location to a place you instinctively know will be more nurturing, comfortable, and enriching. Once you arrive, any doubts will dissipate, and you will recognize you have found your sanctuary.

Similarly, changes in your values, goals, or emotional needs might inspire you to distance yourself from certain groups to connect with those who can better support your journey.

This could mean moving away from your professional circle to find a community that resonates with your new path, moving inward to better understand yourself, or moving outward to engage more deeply with others.

The route to your new destination may not always be clear, and you might feel driven to change without understanding why or how.

Moving from one phase of life to another when you feel compelled to do so is a way to align yourself and flow. It involves both letting go and reconnecting.

You will know you have found your true destination, whether physical or otherwise, when you feel a profound sense of renewal and alignment, fitting perfectly into a life that matches your deepest needs and aspirations.
