The service to be provided by Flamarky Inc, doing business as WOMEN AWAKENING WOMEN (WAW), is workshop facilitation, which is not advice, therapy, or counseling and may address specific personal projects, business successes, or general conditions in the client’s life or profession.

Participants to workshops promise confidentiality regarding matters discussed in group sessions. Throughout the working relationship, the facilitators from WAW will engage in direct and personal conversations. The client can count on the facilitator, to be honest, and straightforward in asking questions and making requests.

You agree that, in the event of any claim or grievance by you against Flamarky Inc, dba as WOMEN AWAKENING WOMEN (WAW), the sole remedy will be the return of the fees paid to WOMEN AWAKENING WOMEN.

Framarky Inc, dba as WOMEN AWAKENING WOMEN and or its facilitators are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond the total amount of fees paid by the client.
