Why should I consider this Program?

Women in leadership positions are struggling to find a safe space to slow down and take a breath, step back and see the big picture, listen to themselves and others, design and prototype their way forward.

This program, designed for women by women, offers hands-on experience to identify stressors, reduce burnout, expand freedom of choice, connect with other women authentically.

​

When does the program start? What is the frequency of the meetings? At what time are the meetings set?

This program runs every Tuesday, from Tue April 19 to Tue May 24 inclusive, for 90 minutes from 7:00 to 8:30 pm EST. ​

What topics will be covered during the Program?

M1 - Slowing down to speed up

M2 - Using time, energy, and money

M3 - Forgiving and letting go

M4 - Developing a strategic network

M5 - Unfolding gratitude and abundance

M6 - Celebrating as a lifestyle

 

How is the flow of a session in this program?

Typically sessions might include all or some of these moments:

  • Check-in & slow down:15 mins

  • Presentation of the topic of the day: 15 mins

  • Group discussion: 45 mins

  • Journaling & wrap up:15 mins

 

Between meetings, participants have access to different resources related to the topic discussed, in case they want to further dig into it.

What about the group size?

The Program will host up to 12 participants per cohort, to ensure plenty of opportunities to participate and engage in conversations.

What happens if I can not attend one of the sessions of the program I register for?

We encourage you to set your calendar for all the meetings when you sign up, to minimize the risk of not participating in real-time. In case you are unable to attend, you will have access to the recording of the general sessions to be accessed at your convenience. We will also encourage all participants to identify an accountability partner, another member of the group to call between sessions to catch up.

 

How do I register for the program selected?

How do I pay for the program selected?​

Once you finish the registration,  you will be asked to fill out your form of payment information. In case you have a discount code, please indicate, and wait for confirmation that the transaction was successfully completed.

 

The cost of the Program is $ 784. You can select Paypal to review the installment options available by them.

 

Is there any refund policy in place?

Yes! If after the first meeting a participant decides it is not the proper time for her to continue committing to the Program, we will refund the full price minus processing fees ($150). All you have to do is email us at info@womenwaw.net

 

Do I need to bring anything to the sessions or programs?

We suggest comfortable clothing (we generally include gentle movements and breathing exercises), a nice notebook and pen to take notes and write down thoughts, emotions, your aha moments, as well as your beverage of choice. Please also find a quiet place to assist the session and bring your full self to the meeting, so you can get the best out of the program!

 

How do we connect to the sessions or programs?

A Zoom link is assigned to this program and will be the same for all meetings. You can find the link included in the email you will receive before the sessions start. You will also have the option to get text messages to remind you about the start of the session that includes the link to join.
