Unapologetically Latina: Your Identity Is Your Power!

This book is grounded in experience, drawing on decades of leadership as Latina executives within multinational organizations. It is shaped by the conversations we’ve had with our clients, our teams, our peers, and the women in our families, across generations.

It comes from listening closely to what so many Latina executives carry quietly while navigating success, responsibility, culture, and expectation. 

We wrote this book as an invitation: to reflect, reconnect, and move forward with greater alignment between who we are and how we lead. 

It is built on real stories, shared wisdom, and the recurring patterns we’ve witnessed among brilliant Latina women doing meaningful work, while still asking themselves, what comes next?

More than anything, this book is about community. About learning from one another. About naming experiences that often go unspoken. About honoring the generations who came before us, supporting those walking alongside us now, and creating more space for the women who will follow.

As we prepare for the launch, we would love to share this journey with Latina executives, leaders, and allies who care about leadership that feels whole, honest, and sustainable.
