GIVE TO GAIN * IWD 2026

This March, during International Women’s Month 2026, "Unapologetically Latina: Your Identity Is Your Power" launches as a leadership book intentionally aligned with this year’s global theme: Give to Gain.

The 2026 motto calls individuals and organizations to contribute actively in ways that create collective and sustainable progress. "Unapologetically Latina: Your Identity Is Your Power" answers that call directly.

The book was written after years of witnessing highly capable Latina leaders delivering results, leading teams, and shaping strategy—while still questioning their legitimacy in rooms where they were already contributing at the highest levels.

The issue was not confidence. It was structure. It was authority. It was power distribution.

How are we setting Give to Gain into action?

• Give: Share lived executive experiences, strategies, and hard-earned insights that name leadership gaps often left unspoken.

• Gain: Equip leaders and organizations with the awareness and tools needed to create more equitable, sustainable leadership systems.

Unlike books focused solely on identity or inspiration, Unapologetically Latina reframes the conversation around authority, decision-making, and leadership legitimacy.

Launching in March is intentional. International Women’s Month offers a global platform to move beyond celebration and toward measurable leadership transformation.

In alignment with the spirit of Give to Gain, a portion of the book’s proceeds will support EmpowHERto, investing in programs that equip young girls with confidence, access, and leadership skills.

The message is clear: giving knowledge, resources, and visibility today generates stronger leaders tomorrow.
