This book comes from lived experience. From decades spent leading as Latina executives inside multinational organizations. From the conversations we’ve had with our clients, our teams, our peers, and the women in our families, across generations. 

From listening closely to what so many Latina Executives carry quietly while navigating success, responsibility, culture, and expectations.

We wrote this book as an invitation to reflect, to reconnect, and to move forward with greater alignment between who we are and how we lead. It is shaped by real stories, shared wisdom, and the patterns we’ve witnessed again and again among brilliant Latina Execs who are doing meaningful work and still asking themselves what comes next.

More than anything, this book is about community. About learning from one another. About naming experiences that often go unspoken. About honoring the generations that came before us, supporting those walking alongside us now, and creating more space for the Latina women who will follow.

As we prepare for the launch, we would love to share this journey with other Latina executives, leaders, and allies who care about leadership that feels whole, honest, and sustainable.
