Women Rekindled is a 3-month Journey for Women to work on Unfolding their Passionate Second Act ini Life, that focuses and accelerates the realization of ideas into action. It provides a programmatic approach and a safe environment to explore intertwined themes: - Finding my center and my voice - My little girl's dreams - The space I own - Flowing energy - From caterpillar to butterfly This process, catered for a group of up to 10 women, comprises: 1- Five Group meetings of 90-mins each, as well as assignments and readings between meetings 2- One Individual coaching session with Helena 3- A private group to share and celebrate successes
